Gentle Draw was founded on a simple belief: healthcare should never feel rushed, intimidating or out of reach.
After years working as a children's nurse and in emergency care, I saw first-hand how difficult even a routine procedure could be for someone who was frightened, overwhelmed or had experienced healthcare that hadn't worked for them.
I wanted to do things differently.
What began as a way to make blood tests easier has grown into a nurse-led service supporting individuals, families and healthcare providers with a range of clinical needs.
