Gentle Draw is a private, community-based blood collection service. We are not an NHS service, but we work with NHS and private referrals to support people who find it difficult to attend GP surgeries or hospital clinics.

Led by a Registered Children’s Nurse, our aim is to make blood tests calmer, more accessible, and more convenient, by offering flexible appointments in familiar settings such as homes, care homes, workplaces, and community venues.

We support adults and children aged 5 years and over, including those who are anxious, mobility-impaired, neurodiverse, or who need a more personalised approach. Children are supported gently and at their own pace, with a parent or person with parental responsibility present at all times.

Gentle Draw provides blood sample collection only. We do not diagnose conditions or provide test results.
