Where required, Gentle Draw can arrange the secure transfer of blood samples to an agreed laboratory or GP practice on behalf of the service user.

Samples are packaged in line with relevant transport guidance and handled with care to maintain sample integrity. This option is intended to support individuals who may find it difficult to return samples themselves and is offered as a convenience service only.

Gentle Draw does not analyse samples or provide results. Responsibility for processing and reporting remains with the requesting GP practice or laboratory.
