Your blood samples are analysed by Randox Laboratories and results are returned securely to Gentle Draw.
Results are reviewed through the Gentle Draw clinical results pathway.
If a result requires further investigation or medical management, the appropriate next step will be identified through the agreed clinical pathway.
Urgent or critical results are managed through Gentle Draw's clinical escalation pathway.
